  The Summoning Altar is the core block for performing summoning rituals. Place a catalyst item on the altar, surround it with ingredient items, and the ritual will summon creatures or produce items.

  ## <Color id="gold">How It Works</Color>

1. Place the <ItemLink id="altar" color="aqua"/> down in the world
2. Right-click the altar with each of the <Color id="aqua">ingredient items</Color> specified by the recipe
3. Right-click the altar with the <Color id="aqua">catalyst item</Color> last to start the ritual
4. The ritual will begin if the recipe is correct and run for a few seconds
5. Once complete, the summoned creature or output items will be produced

> <Color id="dark_green">Some rituals have special requirements</Color>. They might need a specific block placed below the altar, require a mob sacrifice nearby, or can only be performed in a specific dimension.
